Transferred to Refund Banker

How to Resolve "Refund Failed" Error
If your refund status displays "Refund Failed", follow these steps:
- Log in to
eportal.incometax.gov.inusing your PAN and password. - Go to My Profile > My Bank Accounts.
- Ensure your primary refund account has a green Validated badge. If not, re-enter your Account Number and IFSC Code.
- Toggle on Nominate for Refund for that specific account.
- Navigate to Services > Refund Reissue and submit a new reissue request for the relevant Assessment Year.
